I've moved!!
Welcome to the new home for Pj's blogs. I hope this is not too much of an inconvenience. I did this so I could host the blog on my own site. The address for my site is www.pjs-web.net. I hope you enjoy, it will take me a little time to set things up.
Hey! I just read your profile. You like Old Testament theology, huh? It's one of my passions. Here are five books that I HIGHLY recommend:
1. Symphony of Scripture - Mark Strom - the book that lit my fire when it comes to the OT 2. Knowing Jesus Through the Old Testament - Christopher Wright - readable, thorough, and cool 3. The Shadow of Christ in the Law of Moses - Poythress - Harder to read, but deep 4. According to Plan - Goldsworthy - excellent, excellent, excellent. 5. The Right Doctrine from the Wrong Texts? - Beale - a collection of incredible essays 6. (so sue me) Kingdom Prologue - Meredith Kline - probably the hardest book you'll ever read, but it will change your view of the OT. Maybe on your fourth reading of it, but still... :)
